 Logon Problems - How do I set my browser to accept cookies?   How do I set my browser to accept cookies?

Sorry you are having difficult at our site. For your protection our site is a secure site. But if you are having difficult at our site you will at other sites where you sign in as well. You must have "cookies" enabled on your browser in order to navigate on our site when you are signed in. Your browser must be set to accept cookies. If you set your browser you will have no problems at all.

To set your browser to accept cookies, follow the set of directions provided for your browser type. To find the version of Internet Explorer or Netscape you are using:

  • Windows users will find this information under the Help menu. Click “About [browser name].”
  • Mac users will find that information under the Apple icon in the menu bar. Click “About [browser name].”
If you're using Internet Explorer 6.0

1. Click Tools in your browser’s menu bar.
2. Click Internet Options.
3. A window will pop up. Click the Privacy tab.
4. The default setting is medium, which will allow you to accept cookies. To change this setting, move the slider to determine which setting you prefer.

If you're using Internet Explorer 5.0

1. Click Tools in your browser’s menu bar.
2. Click Internet Options.
3. A window will pop up. Click the Security tab.
4. Click Internet, then Custom Level.
5. Scroll down to Cookies and choose Enable.

If you're using Internet Explorer 4.0

1. Click View in your browser’s menu bar.
2. Click Internet Options.
3. A window will pop up. Click the Advanced tab in this window.
4. Scroll down to the yellow exclamation icon under Security and choose the Enable Cookies option.

If you're using Netscape Communicator 4.0

1. Click Edit in your browser’s menu bar.
2. Click Preferences.
3. Click Advanced.
4. Set your options in the area labeled "Cookies."

If you're using Netscape Communicator 6.0

1. Click Edit in your browser’s menu bar.
2. Click Preferences.
3. Click on Privacy and Security.
4. Then click Cookies, and select Enable.
