Shipping Information

• All in stock items are shipped the same day the order is received if the order is received before 2:00 pm eastern standard time.
• All orders will be shipped as selected by customers, however on some occasions if a problem occurs alternative shipping methods may be necessary.
• If you pay for your order by check, shipment will not take place until your check clears our bank. This usually takes 10 days.
• We ship to the address given by customers. The customer is responsible for any error in shiping addresses.
• Please note that we are unable to ship to prisons or correctional institutions.  

Return Information

1. You may return an item for refund or replacement within 10 days if the product is found to be defective.
2. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
3. All returns must be accompanied by the original invoice.
4. When you return an item, please indicate the reason for the return.
5. We recommend that you ship your return back to us by a traceable method (such as UPS or some other traceable method). If you do not have a tracking number and your package is lost, we can not issue a credit.
6. If an item is returned for other than defective product reasons, a 15% fee will be accessed to cover Credit Card sale and refund charges.
7. Email mh@ministryhelps.com for a Return Authorization Number. You will not receive a credit for the product returned unless you have been issued a Return Authorization Number. The RA# must be written on the outside of all boxes returned.
